Hotel & Restaurants
Hotel complexes often have their own wellness or spa area for their guests. Swimming pools, saunas and steam baths, among other things, require a lot of heat. The rooms also need to be heated to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for guests. In addition, there is a high electricity requirement for the numerous electronic devices and systems as well as sophisticated lighting. The hotel operator must guarantee this energy expenditure to its guests at all times – even if a large proportion of guests open the shower door at the same time. These energy costs place a significant burden on the annual budget and reduce profits.
With a CHP system designed to meet your energy requirements, you produce a large part of the heat and electricity you need on site and become independent of the constantly rising electricity prices. Residential complexes
Wherever people live, electricity and heat are consumed. If several parties live in one or more properties, energy consumption is even higher. Whether it is a rental property or a condominium, by using a cogeneration plant you produce the heat and electricity you need locally and increase the value of the property. Our A-TRON systems are particularly reliable, quiet and fit into any boiler room.
Both landlords and condominium associations make an additional profit. Landlords have the option of selling their CHP electricity to their tenants and owners of a condominium can use the electricity themselves. This reduces operating costs and makes vacancies a thing of the past.
But even just using heat and feeding the CHP electricity into the network operator’s network leads to very high returns due to the current subsidies.

Depending on the industry, large amounts of electrical energy are required all year round for production processes in industrial buildings. Our A-TRON combined heat and power plants are used in a variety of buildings with different requirements. These range from hotel complexes and care facilities to apartment buildings, swimming pools, therapy centers, sports and fitness centers, commercial and public buildings such as schools and administrative buildings, car dealerships, agricultural businesses, sewage treatment plants, churches and listed buildings as well as heating networks in residential areas and many other areas.
In addition, many municipal utilities and network operators also use our cogeneration plants for decentralized heat and power generation.
Wherever large amounts of heat and power are required, our powerhouses with high savings potential are suitable for decentralized energy generation. We only use quality components that have proven themselves in several test phases.
The heart of our modulating systems is an industrial motor specially optimized for A-TRON coupled with a highly intelligent control system for individual control of your application.
Since our combined heat and power plants are manufactured ready for connection, there is no need for on-site assembly. If the property is in a difficult situation, it is possible to install the CHP system in a disassembled form. The CHP system is disassembled into individual components and then assembled at the installation site.

Promoting environmental and climate protection through decentralized energy generation using CHP
Traditional power generation in large power plants, especially coal-fired power plants, is often inefficient: a large proportion of the waste heat generated is not used and instead released into the atmosphere, while efficiencies rarely exceed 50%. In addition, these power plants pollute the environment with a variety of pollutants, including carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides and mercury.
A key disadvantage of centralized energy generation is the distance between the energy source and the consumer, which leads to significant grid losses. In contrast, there are decentralized energy solutions such as combined heat and power plants (CHP), which supply both heat and electricity directly on site. These systems achieve impressive efficiencies of up to 100% and minimize grid losses by generating energy where it is needed.
Decentralized CHPs are increasingly replacing electricity from fossil fuels and are therefore making a significant contribution to reducing pollutant emissions. They make optimal use of the electricity and heat generated, thus preventing unnecessary energy losses. Surplus electricity can also be fed into the public grid and remunerated, making CHP an economically advantageous and environmentally friendly energy source.
